Ghost Dance

Metronomic beats, cutting bass, Ghost Dance propagates a cold, implacable sound. Spotted by Mähtrasher & Police Rec, the first ‘Ghost Dance’ Eps are already evolving somewhere between electro, indus and techno.

In May 2019, Ghost Dance will release ‘The Mind Can be Solved’ its first Ep in collaboration with the prestigious Mau5trap label (Deadmau5’s label). Supported by major artists such as Deadmau5, Manu le Malin, SIAN, i_o… He continues to build on this success, releasing 2 hard-hitting new tracks that same year: ‘One Way Trip’ on the Mau5trap x Insomniac rec. compilation and ‘Release The Pressure’ on the ‘We are Friends 009’ compilation (Mau5trap).

In 2020 and 2021, despite the Covid crisis, he releases two audacious Ep: ‘Erased’ and ‘Dance With Death’ on Mau5trap and several remixes for SIAN, the boss of Americain label Octopus Recording, and for German artist Rachel Raw on her label jaw DropAing records.

His DJ sets, of a rare intensity, open the doors of renowned clubs such as the Kit Kat Club (Berlin), the village Underground (London), the Social Club (Brescia), La Gravière (Geneva) and Le Petit bain (Paris), La Gare Saint Sauveur (Lille) and prestigious festivals such as Les Transmusicales de Rennes, Le Jardin Electronique (Lille), les 3 Éléphants (Laval), 1001 Bass (Saint-Étienne), Circascismic (Besançon), as well as hosting the ‘Méchanceté Gratuite’ show on Rinse France for several seasons.

In 2022, he and his friend Mila Dietrich launched the Dark N Stormy project.

DNS is more than a party concept, it’s a vision of rave: dark and uncompromising. Together, they offer travelling parties, B2BS and, this year, a weekly residency at Le Gore (Paris).

In the news: a single has already been released this year on Mau5trap’s WAF compilation, and two new singles were released at the beginning of June in collaboration with Mila Dietrich and Markus Volker on Deadmau5’s label. After months of preparation, Ghost Dance now performs LIVE (machine). Live during which he plays and reinterprets his productions. Ghost Dance’s music is a rigorous mechanic shaped for and by the rave.
